In the three days of “Wine and Food Festival” Varna became the gourmet capital of Bulgaria.
Wineries, wine importers, food producers present a rich and varied range of products for all tastes. The festival is held with the exclusive support of all national and regional tourism industry organizations of hoteliers and tour operators.
Gourmet-zone “The Restaurant”, organized by Chef Peter Yorgov and his team from the Bulgarian Association for Culinary Culture, the guest chefs present author’s menus with natural and environmentally friendly organic products prepared before the eyes of visitors.
The festival carries on the wine and food tasting traditions started in 1930s in Varna.
